Therefore, it is better to focus on low impact exercise on equipment such as treadmill, stationary bike and elliptical trainer. Do cardio exercise for at least 44minutes and for 5 days in a weak.

Drink citrus fruit juices:

Citrus fruit juices contain vitamin C in it that not only helps your body to increase metabolism but also reduce breast size naturally.  Drink daily one glass of any citrus fruit juices such as orange, lemon, grapefruit and cranberry.

Do Massage:

Massage is a great home remedy to reduce unnecessary fats quickly from the breast.  When you do a massage of your breast then spend equal time on each breast.

  • Take coconut oil or olive oil
  • Apply it to your breast
  • With the help of your ring finger and middle finger, massage your breast in a circular motion and in an upward direction for at least 10 minutes.
  • Do it daily for 2 months.

Use Ginger:

In old traditional medicines, ginger is used to reduce the size of the breast. It is very effective and increases the level of metabolism in the body. Breasts are mostly made up of fatty tissue that’s why ginger is very useful to reduce its fat.

  • Take one tablespoon of grated ginger.
  • Add one cup of water to it and boil for at least 10 minutes.
  • After that take out the strain and add one tablespoon of honey to it.
  • Drink 2 to 3 cups of this ginger tea daily.

Do some aerobic exercise:

Aerobic exercise increases the rate of metabolism which result reduces overall fats of the body including breast size naturally.

  • You can do some stair climbing exercises daily.
  • Cycling is also a great aerobic exercise.
  • Brisk walking is also good to reduce weight.
