The briefing consists of all units, every individual. The duties are assigned collectively or in a section. Moreover, the head clarifies tasks and the scope of the work for the streamlined movement.
2. Field Level Briefing
Field level briefing is assigning resources to operational tasks or the ones that are near the incident site. Mostly, the briefing will include the subordinates, crews either single or multiple like strike team or task forces. Usually, a field-level briefing is usually taking place near the site or just before going there. The manager makes sure that every subordinate knows the tasks for the day and no glitch occurs.
