High fructose corn syrup is 55% fructose and 45% glucose while the normal sugar is sucrose that contains 50% fructose and 50% glucose.

Excessive use of sugars in any form is hazardous for health because it causes chronic inflammation that can lead to diabetes mellifluous and other heart disorders.

Along with this, recent studies have shown that diet containing high sucrose levels can cause breast cancer then move towards lungs due to inflammatory response.

Refined Carbohydrates:

Refined carbohydrates do not contain fibres they are the only packet of sugars that kills a person silently.
